PRA Acquires One Smooth Stone

One Smooth Stone is an event and communication agency, which means we’ve spent more than 20 years crafting and producing events to help organizations like yours achieve strategic objectives. By producing in-person and online events, communication strategies and destination experiences for global brands and the event management companies who support them, we’ve helped hundreds of organizations build beliefs and behaviors critical to achieving their business goals.

We Serve as
Audience Advocates

We see the entire experience from the perspective of your audience, ensuring it exceeds their expectations and builds your brand.

We Deliver
Business Solutions

We create experiences focused on achieving your business objectives, such as improved sales and workforce change.

We Lead as
Trusted Guides

We navigate the challenging terrain of events and communications, earning your trust through expertise, integrity and kindness.

One Smooth Stone’s insight and direction is integral to our event strategy and execution.  They ‘get us’ – they understand the needs, wants and dynamics of our all-female audience; they guide our thinking concerning the role of our events within our business strategy; and they share our passion for doing things the right way and with heart.

Chief Executive Officer, cabi

In our wildest dreams, we would not have dared to think that our new partner would be so vastly superior to our previous partner; the production so surprisingly fresh, the quality of the production team so top rate, the execution so crisp, the direction so articulate.

Director, Conference Planning & Procurement, Follett Higher Education

It was a pleasure working with each member of the OSS team every step of the way.   Everyone was not only smart, fast and kind… but also, each was a true professional, in every sense of the word. It was clear that you would bring our general session program to a new level of professional excellence: true business theater. So, the bar has been raised!

Director, Health Plan Institute, Kaiser Permanente

Hiring One Smooth Stone proved to be the best choice we could have made. The entire experience from pre-planning, to preparation to execution and event follow up was flawless. Our partners said it was the best event they had ever been to and they couldn’t wait for next year.

Business Development Manager, Oracle

on time. on budget. on target.
(choose three)
Much has changed in the 20+ years that we’ve been designing and delivering live and online events. With a portfolio spanning over 30 countries, our global perspective combined with our technical and digital savvy, helps you stay relevant. But what hasn’t changed since our inception is equally important: We still apply strong visual storytelling skills that transform events into theater and breathe life into your communications.
we like our clients. we like our work.
we even like each other.
If you ask our clients what it’s like to work with us (and we hope you do!) you’re likely to hear some simple truths. Values like honesty, respect and kindness define the way we interact with each other, our clients and our supplier partners. Ours is a creative environment in which assumptions are challenged with respect, questions are freely asked, discussion is open and listening is foundational. We practice humility, integrity and accountability in serving our clients and each other.

we deliver exceptional results
because we have exceptional people.
Most people view the live events industry as stressful. They dread the “one shot to get it right” pressure as much as the bombardment of strategic decisions and logistical details. We see things a little differently. What most consider pressure we embrace as our passion. We actually love delivering results in the face of circumstances most consider overwhelming. It’s not just our job, it’s our DNA. It’s why we do what we do. Maybe that’s why we’ve done it so well for so long. We love live!
